Magical synergy between Baroque Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and the heady chordal Arabic compositions of the wonderful @josephtawadros in a mesmerising performance by @australianchamberorchestra @sydneyoperahouse . To watch @richardtognetti.aco on his violin and Joseph on his oud riff off each other melding cultures, eras and virtuosity is truly sublime. I wanted to dance and the audience was equally in raptures. Do not miss this concert. #Heaven
Saw this on my neighbourhood walk. Fantastic
The Wales family celebrates Mother’s Day in the UK releasing two wonderful family photos by @mattporteous with the message “Happy Mother’s Day from our family to yours ❤️”
An exhilarating, shocking, hilarious and thought-provoking opening night @sydneytheatreco of Edward Albee’s provocative #The Goat or Who is Sylvia? With comic timing and pathos par excellence from @karvanclaudia & @mr_nathan_page. Albee said of his absurdist tragi-comedy which is really all about love: “Imagine what you can’t imagine. Imagine that, all of a sudden, you found yourself in love with a Martian, in love with something you can’t conceive of. I want everybody to be able to think about what they can’t imagine and what they have buried deep as being intolerable and insufferable. I want them to just think freshly and newly about it.” A superb play choice as @sydneyworldpride heads into its final weekend in the Emerald City.
